The major industry involvement is for work placement, enabling FRA students to experience their potential future work ambitions. The Academy has a Retail Liaison department focusing on recruiting a variety of companies to work with the FRA offering the students a broad range of brands including our sponsors who receive the greatest number of students, the remainder are distributed amongst the additional 78 high street and luxury brand retailers currently supporting the FRA.
This is an essential aspect of the student experience at the Academy and for the companies we work with. From a company’s point of view they have the opportunity to have a long ‘interview’ with a potential employee.
