The demand from employers for experienced workers is rising and this means that practical work experience for students is more important than ever before. Amongst other benefits, a work experience placement can offer the following opportunities:

The Work Placement programme is not just useful to our students but also benefits the Academy contributors also as they are the employers of the next generation:
- To assess student capabilities
- The placement can act as an extended interview, thereby reducing recruitment costs
- A fresh pair of eyes to help solve problems
- An extra pair of hands to develop ideas
At the FRA, work experience is an integral part of all our courses and as a student you will be appointed to your work placement provitder after discussion with your Group Tutor.
