Overview
On this four-day introduction to the fashion industry, you'll be taught by an industry expert with over 25 years’ experience. Ideal for anyone interested in clothes, trends, social media or wanting to pursue a career in fashion, you will get inspired through immersive workshops taught in the heart of London.
On this course, you'll discover how fashion trends start, experiment with styling and clothing selection, create your own fashion content for Instagram and TikTok while learning how influencers make their content stand out. You’ll learn how fashion brands build capsule collections, think about the type of customer they want to sell to, and explore what makes a bestselling piece. Finally, you'll create your own fictional fashion brand, creating a brand name, designing a pop space and styling mannequins in our on-site show space.
TUTOR
With over 25 years’ experience in the fashion industry, Danielle has worked as a buyer, a head of sales, a stylist and now writes as a royal fashion correspondent. She has worked with brands such as Vivienne Westwood, Victoria Beckham, DAY, Ted Baker, and Juicy Couture. Danielle teaches Level 3 Fashion Business and Retail at the Fashion Retail Academy, and lectures as an industry expert at degree level in London.
