It is:

  • Around a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station

Its central location means you can get to campus quickly and easily, with a wide range of transport routes available throughout the day.

What's Around Electra House?

One of the benefits of studying at Electra House is its central London location. You’ll be surrounded by everything from green spaces and cafés to shopping centres, markets and cultural attractions.

Green spaces and nearby areas

Just behind the campus is Finsbury Circus Gardens, a quiet green space where students often go for a break, lunch or a bit of fresh air between classes. It’s one of the oldest public gardens in the City of London and offers a peaceful escape from the busy streets.

You’re also within walking distance of other open spaces and city walkways, making it easy to find somewhere to relax outdoors during the day.

Food, coffee and quick stops

There are plenty of nearby options for food and drink, all within a short walk of campus. These include well-known chains and independent spots:

  • Pret A Manger
  • Café Nero
  • Blank Street
  • Starbucks

For something more social or varied, you can head to nearby areas such as:

  • Spitalfields Market, known for its wide range of street food stalls, cafés and independent traders
  • Shoreditch, popular for creative cafés, restaurants and nightlife
  • Broadgate Circle, just a 5-minute walk away, with restaurants such as Franco Manca and Grind Coffee

Whether you want a quick coffee or a full lunch, there are plenty of options close by.

  • One New Change – a shopping centre near St Paul’s Cathedral, with brands such as Zara, H&M and Accessorize

These locations are all within walking distance or a short tube ride away, making it convenient for everyday shopping or browsing during breaks.
